SOUR CREAM MUFFINS
2 sticks butter, cut into
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. raisins or nuts
Process sugar, flour and butter until coarse meal stage.
Transfer to bowl and mix in sour cream, nuts or raisins. Bake
