ORANGE SWEET ROLLS 2 c. warm orange juice 1 envelope dry yeast 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. melted margarine 2 eggs 6 to 7 c. flour Filling: melted margarine brown sugar cinnamon Pour juice into a mixing bowl. Add yeast, sugar, margarine and eggs; beat until well mixed. Add flour; start with 6 cups, add more if necessary to make a soft dough. Dough should be neither sticky or stiff. Grease board or other surface: flatten 1/3 of the dough. Brush with the additional melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with the brown sugar. Add a little cinnamon. Roll up slice in 1/2-inch pieces: arrange in a greased Icing: 3 tsp. orange juice concentrate, undiluted 1 c. confectioners sugar enough milk to make a thin mixture Repeat with remaining dough. Cover; let rise again until double in size. Bake until golden brown in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 30 minutes.
