SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE|
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs. Add sour cream and
dry ingredients. Put half of mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch
pan. Sprinkle part of Streusel mix over the mixture. Cover
with the rest of batter and top with Streusel mix. Bake at
325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
