MOTHER'S COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 1/8 tsp. salt 2 c. cottage cheese 1/2 c. light cream 2 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Beat eggs slightly. Beat in sugar. Add rest of ingre- dients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 300 degrees and bake until set.
