FAMOUS PUMPKIN PIE 1 can (16 oz.) Libby's solid pack pumpkin 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 can (12 to 13 oz.) evaporated milk 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell with high fluted edge Mix filling ingredients in order given: pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, continue to bake 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. My favorite pie!
