1 1/3 c. fine graham cracker
1/4 c. melted butter
9 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Mix crumbs and
butter, press into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake
at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cream cheese well. Gradually beat in
sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into prepared
pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm. Mix sour
cream, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon. Spread on pie. Do not
pour onto center. Spoon on evenly to distribute weight. Return
to oven and bake 5 minutes.
