ARTICHOKE STUFFED BREAD 1 large French bread 1 stick margarine 6 garlic cloves 1 oz. sesame seed 16 oz. sour cream 3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley flakes 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning 1 large can hearts of artichoke, cut in 1/4 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 c. Jack cheese, shredded Cut bread in half lengthwise. Pull bread out of center and put aside. In a pan put butter and saute garlic for 5 minutes. Then remove garlic. Add sesame seed to butter sauce and stir. Add bread to butter mix and stir. In a large bowl place sour cream, parsley, Jack cheese, lemon pepper and artichokes. Mix. Add mixture of bread to one in bowl and stir well. Place mixture back into bread shell and put Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. If refrigerated, then bake 35 to 45 minutes.
