POPPY MUFFINS (Quick And Easy)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour, unsifted
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (2 oz.) box poppy seed
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend well, add poppy seeds and vanilla. Fill muffin
cups sprayed with Pam 2/3 full and bake in 350 degrees oven for 20
