3/4 c. yellow corn meal
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. diced onions
Roll in balls or scoop up with spoon. Drop in hot oil
about 7 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees until onions are brown and corn
