BANANA-APRICOT NUT BREAD

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. walnuts
3/4 c. mashed ripe banana
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. melted margarine

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mix together baking
powder, soda, salt, sugar, apricots and nuts. Combine banana,
milk, egg and margarine, then add dry ingredients until well
blended. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake in oven for
about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bread is done. Cool in
pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack.
