1 c. flour
1 stick butter or oleo
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip plus large
1 small pkg. instant chocolate
1 small pkg. instant vanilla
3 c. milk
Bottom Layer: Mix together flour and butter and press
on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Take some chopped
walnuts and sprinkle on mixture and press in. Bake at 350 degrees for
15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
Second Layer: Take 1 cup powdered sugar and cream
cheese, beat with electric beater. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip,
beat until well blended and spread on first mixture with a
Third Layer: Take both packages of pudding and the
milk, beat slowly, 2 minutes or until thickened and spread over
second layer. Be sure it is well beaten.
Fourth Layer: Take Cool Whip and cover entire third
layer, then sprinkle top with chopped walnuts. (Use large
container of Cool Whip, chill and serve.)
