CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE|
1 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or lemon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's
German's sweet chocolate,
melted and cooled
Add sugar to softened cheese in bowl, blend well. Add
and beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Separate 2 cups
of cheese mixture in a separate bowl and fold in melted and
cooled chocolate. Add lemon juice, or lemon extract, to cheese
mixture which does not contain chocolate. Pour cheese mixture
containing lemon juice into well buttered 10-inch pie pan. Top
with chocolate cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45
minutes. Cool for about 1/2 hour. Chill in refrigerator for 2
to 3 hours.
