PECAN PIE

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. melted oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
4 c. whole pecan halves
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix all together, reserving 2 cups pecans. Bake at 450 degrees
for 10 minutes, then add 2 cups of pecans and bake 30 to 45
minutes at 350 degrees or until fork comes out clean. Makes 2 pies.
