RANCH BISCUITS 4 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted shortening 2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. soda dash of salt 2 pkg. yeast Mix yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, about 1/2 cup or as directed on package. Mix all ingredients, let rise. Knead, let rise. Knead, let rise 15 more minutes. Make into bis- cuits. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown.
