KEY LIME PIE 1 can condensed milk 1/2 c. lime juice (small yellow Key limes if possible) 4 egg yolks, beaten 4 egg whites, beaten 5 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked Mix together milk, lime juice and egg yolks. Beat 1 egg white until stiff; fold into lime mixture. To make meringue, beat remaining egg whites and gradually add sugar and cream of tartar.
