PECAN PIE 1 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. light corn syrup 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 1 c. chopped pecans 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell 3/4 c. pecan halves Combine sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, syrup and butter; beat well. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until set. Yields one 9-inch pie.
