SWEET POTATO PIE 4 medium boiled potatoes 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter 2 eggs dash of salt 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 c. Karo syrup (white) 1/4 c. can milk Mix sweet potatoes and butter together. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, spices, Karo syrup and salt. Mix well, pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
