SPICY CARROT BREAD 1 (14 1/2 oz.) pkg. gingerbread mix 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar carrot baby food Line bottom of 8 x 5-inch baking dish with wax paper. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Spread in dish. Shield ends of dish with 2-inch wide strips of foil. Place in oven on inverted saucer. Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Remove foil shields. Increase power to High. Microwave 3 to 8 minutes or until no unbaked batter can be seen through bottom of dish. Let stand directly on counter 5 to 10 minutes before removing from dish.
