NUT ROLLS 6 c. flour 1 lb. butter 2 pkg. dry yeast 1 can milk 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3 eggs, beaten 2 lb. nuts, ground 3 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. sugar Cream butter and eggs. Warm milk; add flour, salt, sugar and yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup water; mix well. Roll into balls, let set overnight (make balls about the size of a whole shelled walnut). Roll out in sugar, spread mixture on, roll up. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes.
