WHEAT BREAD 2 Tbsp. yeast 1/2 c. cracked wheat 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. molasses 3/4 c. shortening 1 Tbsp. salt 5 1/2 c. water 6 c. white flour 6 c. wheat flour Combine water, shortening, honey, molasses and salt. Heat until lukewarm. Add yeast. Add flour, 2 cups at a time until flour is used up. Let rise in greased bowl until dou- bled. Then make out into pans of bread or rolls. Makes 5 loaves.
