NUT ROLLS

2 pkg. dry yeast in 1 cup warm
water
4 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter or
margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix as bread; let rise one time only (about 1 hour).
Make 3 balls; roll out. Then spread with nut filling. Brush
with egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Nut Filling:
2 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
vanilla to taste
1/2 c. milk
Mix all together.
