Cut up 2 bananas in bottom of baked pie crust for banana cream pie or for coconut cream pie, add 1 cup of coconut to cream. Put into crust. Top: egg whites 2 Tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat. Put on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
