PECAN PIE

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. canned milk
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Stir in corn syrup.
Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time. Add canned milk, pecans and
vanilla. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for
50 minutes or until firm. Black walnuts or hickory nuts make a
good pie also.
