ICE CREAM SUNDAE PIE 1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts 1/4 c. softened butter 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, slightly thawed Mix wafer crumbs, walnuts and butter until crumbly. Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Bake 7 minutes at 375 degrees. Refrigerate until well chilled. Spoon half the softened ice cream into shell. Spread half the strawberries over. Cover with the remaining ice cream and then add the balance of the berries. Garnish with whipped cream or some Cool Whip. I add some extra chocolate crumbs.
