CHEESE PIE Crumb Crust: 16 graham crackers 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. melted butter Filling: 3 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. milk 1/3 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 c. pineapple chunks, drained Crust: Roll graham crackers into crumbs; add sugar and melted butter. Blend well. Pack into a 9-inch pie pan to cover bottom and sides. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling: Blend cream cheese and milk. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Put pineapple chunks on crust and pour the blended mixture over the pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
