CINNAMON ROLLS 1 c. brown sugar 8 oz. whipping cream 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1 pkg. yeast 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1 egg 1 c. hot water 3/4 c. sugar 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick melted butter In 9 x 13-inch pan add whipped mixture of 1 cup brown sugar and whipping cream. In large bowl beat for 3 minutes with mixer, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, yeast, salt, vanilla, 2 tablespoons melted butter, egg and hot water. Add 2 cups flour with a spoon. Turn out and knead for 1 minute. Roll or press into a rectangle. Melt 1 stick of butter and spread over dough. Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon mixture over dough. Roll up and cut into 20 rolls. Lay cut side down onto brown sugar mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; then turn out of pan.
