GRAHAM CRACKER PIE

18 graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix ingredients together and put in a pie shell. Save
1/3 cup.
1 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk; stir. Heat
mixture until just warm. Beat egg yolks slightly with spoon.
Add to mixture and continue cooking until thick. Let cool.
Pour into graham cracker crust. Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add 1 teaspoon confectioners powdered sugar. Beat until thick.
Put on pie; add 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs. Bake 20 minutes
at 350 degrees.
