BEER MUFFINS 3 c. self-rising flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. (12 oz.) beer, unopened Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased muffin tins or bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour for bread or 30 to 35 minutes for muffins. Makes 20 muffins or 1 loaf of bread. Good toasted.
