YEAST ROLLS 1 pkg. yeast 4 c. flour 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 egg 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. hot water Dissolve yeast in 2 cups hot water. Then melt butter. Add butter, sugar and egg. Add flour and yeast. Makes 24 rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
