PECAN PIE 3 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. butter or margarine 1 c. corn syrup 1 c. pecans 1 (9-inch) pie shell Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup with rotary beater. Stir in nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Best results when baked on lower rack.
