STRAWBERRY PIE 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 3 or 4 c. fresh ripe strawberries Wash, drain and dry berries. Arrange in baked pie shell. Boil jello, cornstarch, sugar and water until mixture is thick. Cool and pour over strawberries. Chill and serve with whipped cream (Cool Whip). Fresh peaches are good fixed like this pie. Use peach jello instead of strawberry jello and fresh peaches instead of strawberries.
