CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 egg yolks

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour and cocoa together.
Add beaten egg yolks and 1 cup milk. Beat until smooth. Put
rest of milk in double boiler. When milk is hot, add the other
mix, stirring all the time. When thickened, remove from stove,
add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat
well. Pour into baked pie shell and put meringue on top. Bake
until brown. Makes 1 pie.
