COLONIAL PUNKIN' PIE 1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/8 tsp. allspice 2 Tbsp. molasses 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. evaporated milk Mix pumpkin, salt, spices and molasses. Add eggs and milk and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 425 degrees oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 2 pies.
