STRAWBERRY DESSERT BREAD 3 c. flour 2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs, well beaten 2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. oil or melted shortening 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl and make a "well" in the center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into dry ingredients. Stir just enough to dampen all ingredi- ents and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with a package of cream cheese (softened) mixed with strawberry jam and powdered sugar to taste.
