YOGURT PIE 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust any kind fresh fruit 1 c. yogurt (plain or fruit flavored) 1 c. small curd, uncreamed cottage cheese 3 Tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. vanilla Line the bottom of pie crust with fruit and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Blend together the yogurt, cottage cheese, honey and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Decorate the top with more fruit. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 6.
