CRANBERRY BREAD

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. shortening, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. fresh cranberries, halved
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine dry ingredients and sift into mixing bowl.
Combine orange juice, grated and melted shortening and add
beaten eggs. Blend liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Stir in chopped nuts and cranberries. Pour batter into greased
and lightly floured Bundt cake pan and allow batter to stand at
least 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until
done.
