VINEGAR PIE CRUST 1 tsp. white vinegar 1 egg, beaten 7 Tbsp. water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco 3 c. flour Blend vinegar and beaten egg; add water and salt. Cut Crisco into flour.
