EASY PIZZA CRUST

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingre-
dients. Beat about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest 5 minutes.
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pizza pans (2) or 1 cookie sheet.
Grease fingers to spread dough. Add desired toppings and bake
20 to 25 minutes.
