SUGAR CREAM PIE

1 c. white sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. flour
small pinch of salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream (not
whipped)
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients and add just enough cream to moisten
dry ingredients well. Add remaining cream and vanilla and pour
into unbaked pie shell. Add a dot of butter and sprinkle
cinnamon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
