FRESH PEACH PIE pie shell and top, unbaked 6 very large peaches 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar mace salt 4 Tbsp. butter 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Wash peaches, peel and slice. Pour a little milk over the slices to prevent fruit from darkening. Then add sugar, flour, lemon juice, spices and butter. Bake in shell with lattice top in 400 degrees oven for one hour.
