REGAL JELLO PIE 1 diet Shasta strawberry pop 1 small pkg. strawberry jello (sugar-free) 4 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. water 2 c. strawberries Crust: (Optional) 8 (1 1/2-inch) graham crackers 2 tsp. oleo Bring strawberry pop to a boil. Add jello. Combine water and cornstarch. Pour into hot soda mix. Arrange straw- berries in pie pan. Pour mixture over fruit. Chill. If desired for crust, in blender crumble graham crack- ers. In bowl, add melted oleo to crumbs. Place in pie pan and bake until brown. Then add rest of ingredients. Serves 4.
