SWEET DOUGH PIE CRUST 2 c. sugar 4 c. flour, sifted 3 eggs 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tsp. baking powder Cream butter and sugar until soft and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately to egg mixture the milk and flour. Dough will be soft. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Work with a small piece at a time. Roll out on floured board or pastry cloth. P. S. I just take what I think and press with my hands into place. Pour filling and make trimming of your choice. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
