CRUNCHY BANANA MUFFINS 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 c. Quaker 100% natural cereal 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. buttermilk 2/3 c. mashed bananas Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt into bowl. Stir in sugar and 100% natural cereal. Add remaining ingredients; stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased medium-sized muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated hot 425 degrees oven about 15 minutes until golden brown.
