PIZZA CRUST

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar
and stir. Let stand 10 minutes until bubbly. Mix flour and
salt. Add yeast mixture and knead 5 minutes. Let rise 30
minutes. Punch down and spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake
at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
