KEY LIME PIE 1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk 6 egg yolks 6 egg whites (for meringue) 1/4 to 1/2 c. Key lime juice from Key limes 1 graham cracker pie shell Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and Key lime juice until mixture is thick. Spoon mixture into graham pie shell. Set aside. Now prepare meringue topping. Beat 6 egg whites until they peak. Add a little sugar to taste. Spread on Key lime pie. Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve chilled.
