PUMPKIN BREAD 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. oil 4 eggs 2 c. pumpkin 2/3 c. water 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves Grease 3 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be frozen. Cool in cans 10 to 15 minutes, turn out on a rack to cool. Return to washed cans.
