PUMPKIN BREAD 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. Crisco oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. pumpkin pie mix (Libby's) 2/3 c. water 2 tsp. baking soda 3 c. flour Mix nutmeg, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and oil together until well blended; then add the pumpkin pie mix, the water, baking soda and 3 cups flour. Grease and flour 3 (1 pound) coffee cans. Divide batter equally in the cans (fill 1/2 to 2/3 full). Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
