RHUBARB PIE 2 c. finely cut rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 c. cream 3 egg yolks salt unbaked pie shell In unbaked pie shell, put 2 cups rhubarb. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over fruit. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Cover with meringue made from 3 egg whites. Bake until brown.
