LIGHT AND FRUITY PIE 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (or flavor you choose) 2/3 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cubes 1 container Cool Whip, thawed 1 c. fresh sliced fruit 1 graham cracker crust Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until jello thickens, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove unmelted ice. Blend in Cool Whip until smooth. Fold in fruit. Chill until mixture will mold. Spoon into crust; chill 2 hours. Wonderful refresher at a dusty show.
