SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 1 1/2 c. white sugar 1 1/4 c. margarine 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. sour cream Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Put into greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with white sugar and cinnamon for topping. Makes 2 dozen. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
